I have studied at Winchester School of Art, and Goldsmiths College, University of London, being awarded a BA Hons in Fine Art in 1997.
My creative work is an extension of my Yoga and Counselling work and has been an integral part of my life since early childhood. I work with a variety of mediums to explore and immerse myself in the details of the world around me, and also the emotional, theoretical and conceptual world within me.
I love colour, light, space and shape, and enjoy playing with these to create interesting, beautiful and sometimes amusing pieces. Sometimes this process is my own, and sometimes it is shared with Yoga students and Counselling clients.
I see enormous overlap between these three areas of work, all involving sensitivity, awareness, honesty, flexibility and courage. All three areas have been simultaneously developing over the years and I am excited about seeing how they continue to develop in the years to come.
